Sophia DeLeo is a New York City based actress, singer and songwriter. Growing up in Falls Church, Virginia, just a few miles outside of Washington D.C., she spent most of her childhood and adolescence busy taking voice lessons and dance classes, and attending rehearsals and workshops at theatres all over the D.C. area. At 18, she moved to Hartford, Connecticut to attend The Hartt School, where she earned a B.F.A in musical theatre. She then moved to New York City and has since performed in productions all over the east coast, from Massachusetts to Georgia. Check out her “News” page to find out where you can catch her performing next.

Sophia taught herself to play guitar at age 14 and has since become an established singer/songwriter. Her soft, effortless vocals often draw comparisons to artists like Kacey Musgraves and Maggie Rogers. Paired with smart, honest lyrics, her recent single "Girlfriend" was heralded as "a complete love anthem" and a "fresh take on an old theme." She has performed her original music all over New York City, at venues like Rockwood Music Hall and The Bitter End. She is currently working on a 4 track EP that she hopes to release in 2021.
