ABOUT SOPHIA
Growing up in the suburbs of Washington DC, Sophia developed a passion for performing at a very young age. When she wasn't busy taking dance classes or voice lessons, she was teaching herself to play guitar in her childhood bedroom, writing songs about her high school boyfriends.
At 18, she attended The Hartt School in Connecticut where she earned her BFA in Musical Theatre. She then moved to New York City, where she currently resides.
Sophia has performed in plays and musicals all over the east coast from Massachusetts to Georgia. At the same time, she's been releasing and debuting her original music at iconic New York venues like Rockwood Music Hall and The Bitter End. She recently released her debut EP "The Boys Who Make Me Cry". Check out her NEWS page to see what she's creating, and where you might be able to catch her performing next.
